Great place to stay, 20 minutes outside the city
We had a lovely room with a balcony and view of the mountains. Breakfast was not included, but the price was very good and one could add breakfast in the restaurant if desired.

Good business hotel in Dresden
The hotel is located in a residential area away from the City Centre. However, there is a frequent tram service that stops virtually outside. The rooms are clean, comfortable and of a very good size. Check the local transport operator’s website (VVO) before you go so that you have all the information you need. There are few amenities nearby.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
There is lots to see both in the city and locality - the VVO day ticket takes you a long way - up to Meissen and down the Elbe valley to Saxon Switzerland and Czech border - for just 11 Euros (4.50 for only the city & airport. Buy these from the ticket machine outside the hotel.
