Wickedly dirty carpet
Initially this place looked good. Then we noticed that after one trip across the carpeting our bare feet were completely black. Linens and bedding were fine. We wouldn’t stay here again

Great Lodging
The property was extremely clean and well kept. The staff wa sprompt with service. It was near to downtown for shopping and restaurants. The room was larger than ones I’ve paid $120/night and the staff more personable! Definitely a jewel for traveling to the downtown Phoenix area!

Great for the price.
I stayed at this Super 8 on my trip to Phx to see a concert at the US Airways center. We decided to walk to and from the hotel to save on parking money, it took us about 20 minutes to walk to the venue. While this wasn’t a very fancy hotel I think it was great for the price that I paid, plus the location was great. We were within walking distance of both the US Airways center and the Chase ballpark. I plan on staying there again the next time I’m in Phx for a concert.
