A little slice of heaven!
What an amazing hotel the Westgate Palace is! Comfortable and conveniently located, with wonderful helpful staff. We reported a problem in our room to reception on our third day and the maintenence man was in our room before we were! Had a room on the 18th floor, with amazing views over the lake, wet’n’wild and Universal Studios in the distance - we could see the tip of Hogwarts as it was being built! This is the only place I will be staying on any more visits to Orlando.
Walk to Universal Studios from the Westgate Palace! It takes about 30 minutes, and is very safe, along pavements all the way - walk along Universal Boulevard and it takes you straight into the bus pick-up/drop-off point!

Very good for the money
My initial reaction was that this was going to be a lower end hotel. When I got to our room I was pleasantly surprised. The suite was huge and included a kitchen, 3 televisions and all amenities. Very nice, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff could be a bit friendlier. Overall, very good value for the money
