Very nice hotel
The hotel is downtown and close to major sites. You can walk to nearly everything. The staff was very helpful, showing my friend and I, where to find shops, restaurants, and historical sites. Great maps for the city. The room was a little small for two double beds, but perfectly adequate. Everything was clean. The desk staff was even able to convert currency in small amounts, without charge, and advised using a credit card for most purchases. Victoria is a beautiful city. Too bad there is a charge for parking.

Would definitely go back
Very comfortable and well run hotel. Good position downtown and in walking distance of all attractions. Excellent value through Hotels.com
Went on a Whale Watching boat trip. Took 3 hours and we saw loads of Orcas’. An unforgetable trip.

Overlooked gem
The hotel is within an easy, fun walk from the harbor, and 2 blocks from Chinatown. The city views remind you of Europe. Our room was huge, with a separate seating area with a tv and a couch. The hotel is bargain-priced for the level of decor and comfort. The hotel is comfortable, attractive, with a superb service. The little touches make it outstanding - a bottle of (free) water waiting for you, an umbrella for rainy days, free computer and printer.
