Unlikely to return to this hotel
We booked as we thought a 5* hotel to relax in in comfort. The guest areas of the hotel we fine, the buffet breakfast and dinner (we booked half board) were excellent, and the staff friendly and helpful. BUT, we were in one of the extensions and having paid for wireless internet found that the speed was very slow unless we took the computer into the main building! The condition of our room was not good: a cracked sink, bidet help up by a block of wood, the grouting in need of serious help, the shower screen needed replacing. The hairdryer overheated after 3 minutes. The sheets needed replacing and the top bedcover did not see the light of day again after removal on the first morning. All in all, the bedroom was probably what I would have expected from a 2 or three star. Disappointed.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Hire a car - due to the distance from the airport it is cheaper than taking a taxi from the airport and then booking trips. The road systems are such that driving around the island is easy and pleasurable.

Would go Back
Having just returned from this hotel I would not hesitate to recommend it.The food was very good,the breakfast superb.Our room whilst being a little "tired" was clean and comfortable.The pool and the beach are lovely and excellent for children.Motoring in Majorca was easy with very little traffic and lots of parking available.

Nice hotel excellent buffets not the best for kids
Great hotel, good value for money, close proximity to bay of Alcudia and it’s nice beaches. Buffets (morning, evening) is the best I have ever had. Poor internet connetion. Not many facilities for kids (worn down playarea and limited entertatinment)
