The Sheraton met all the criteria and more, the most pleasant staff and overall quality of the hotel provided a perfect base for a truly beautiful visit.
Visit Kazimierz(Jewish quarter) for a great variety of pubs and resaurants that provide value for money and a great alternative to the city centre.

Great choice
All good. To be perfect they should stop being old fashioned and have free wireless internet in the rooms like on SAS Radisson.

Excellent Hotel!
Everything we expected from this 5* hotel; we had a great holiday! We booked a deluxe room and on arrival were given a room on the club floor (no access to club lounge) with a lovely view over the river. Towels & sheets changed daily, if required. Took advice from previous reviewers & booked hotel limo to pick us up/drop us off at airport; making the journey stress-free. Will certainly be planning another holiday to Krakow soon.
Spoilt for choice for good restaurants! Take you pick!
