A older hotel but it was ok with us. NO problems.

The hotel was great for the money.
A little outside of Colorado Springs metro area, but there was plenty of places near by to eat. Very close to Old Colorado City. Not too far from Pike’s Peak either. The hotel was older and didn’t look like it would be clean or safe. There were absolutley no problems, except the "heated pool" was cold. Family friendly and a great deal! I would definately stay here again. The staff were friendly as well.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
Be sure to ride the Cog Railway up to the top of Pike’s Peak, in my opinion the best way to get there! Also, pick up a brochure for Manitou Springs and venture out to find all of the natural springs within the city and taste the water. It was a fun and free adventure!

would not stay there again
the ceiling in the bathroom was flaking off in the shower , there was no hot water when my husband went to go take a shower the water was cool by the time i wanted to take a shower it was cold, the sheets and comforter smelled of stale smoke and we asked for a non smoking room i was not happy
