Double charged at this hotel
Although I had already paid for this room before we checked in, upon leaving the hotel, I discovered that I had been charged again for the room when checking my account. When I contacted the hotel about this, I was told the manager would have to take care of it, and of course the manager was not in. When I called again the following day, the manager was still not in, and I was told she would not be back in until the end of the week. When I insisted that this matter had to be corrected immediately, I was told that they couldn’t do anything about it until the manager returned. I called again the following day and after having a very heated discussion with the desk clerk, I was hung up on. I contacted hotels.com to ask for assistance with the matter, and they called the hotel directly. I am still waiting for the credit to show up in my account, but it was not until a third party got involved that some real action took place. I am totally done with this hotel chain after this episode. Further, there are no numbers listed to call corporate when having a complaint.

everything was very nice at this location. The staff were very firendly and helpfull.
