I’ll stay there again if I’ll go to Hiroshima again.
Overall, I was very happy with the Hotel & their service. For me, the best thing was the convenience of their location - close to Hiroshima Dome and other shopping areas. Just one thing though,- I would recommend a room facing the park and the street outside. At first, we were assign to a room facing the neighboring building and I didn’t like it. But when I asked the room to be changed to the parkside they changed it with no problem and the view of the park and the city was very beautiful from my 16th floor. All the personnel and staffs of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Traveller's tip on recreational activities
"Hiroshima Dome/Museum" - which is around 7 - 8 minutes walk from the hotel. I really enjoyed "Miyajima" island where the deers will come right to you to be fed and the small island has beautiful nature. There are beautiful temples so it really gave me the feeling of being in real traditional Japan. Take cable car/ or hike to Mt. Misen. It’s breathtaking!

Good Choice
We enjoyed our brief stay. The room was average size for Japan and clean. It is a great location, close to the Peace Park and the entertainment district. The highlight however was the hotel staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. They were really first-rate.

Business hotel in Hiroshima - slightly old fashioned!
Stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hiroshima as part of a longer visit to Japan. This hotel was perhaps the worst of all we visited in Japan. It is really a badly updated old fashioned hotel which claims to have a wide range of new facilities however, we were disappointed particularly in respect of the comfort of the room, quality of the gym facilities (very old and little equipment) and decor.
Great little Italian restaurant on the river (5 mins walk from Crown Plaza) which has a great set lunch menu (£10 per head) - in case you fancy a change from Japanese fare!
