5 Star Price, 2 Star Service
Being pretty busy, I book ed my family in for a short break in what I thought was one of Madrid’s finest hotels. Nothing could be further from the truth. Our experience: Rude staff, hairs in food, unrealistic pool restictions and "Don’t Care" attitude, to name but a few. From what we could see we were not along. The busiest person in the hotel seemed to be the guy handling customer complaints.

Really lived up to reviews and expectations
A wonderful place, very comfortable, excellent service, the staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. the suite could probably do with refreshing in decoration but not enough to spoil visit. The pool area and spa were great, wonderful areas to relax but a shortage of sun beds some days. Could do with coffee and tea making facilities in the rooms because 5euro per cup of tea a bit steep. Having said that a most relaxing trip.
Excellent public transport links to enjoy the city and value for money on taxis to return to hotel. Lovely way to finish the evening in the hotel poolside bar.

Good hotel, not so good service, excellent value
Hard to find its location, Great building but staff are not trained to give exceptional customer service.
This hotel is more for business than leisure and family travel.
