very comfortable
not knowing swindon - got a bit confused in the one way system! Hotel has drop space and you take the lift to the lobby and reception. All areas that we saw were clean and well maintained. Staff happy to help us find the nearest car park as there is none on site. reduced cost of this for hotel guests. Room was well ventilated and comfortable, en-suite was very clean and smart looking. We were on second floor and had the window open, this was ok but did hear noise from local clubs around 3.30am. Breakfast - was ok but no hot food. cereal, fruit, pastries etc.
we found there were plenty of restaurants right on the doorstep. we ate at wetherspoons The Sir Daniel Arms. Staff were friendly, food hot and tasty. Relaxed atmosphere

One night in Swindon!
Very imressed with this hotel,relatively easy to find. Made very welcom by the staff on duty. We had an evening meal which was very good.Only downside was parking.Recomended car park about 10-15 min walk away costing £5.
Recommend the breakfast,as much as you want. Included in room rate.

Great priced hotel in good central location
This hotel was a real suprise. For the price I was expecting something a bit ropey, but it was very well-appointed, the rooms a decent size, good reasonably big bathroom, internet access (not free) with monitor & keyboard in the room and big free buffet breakfast. No carpark though and if you’ve ever tried driving in Swindon...well, you probably know already that you should have left your car at home! But if I’m ever there again, I wouldn’t go to any other hotel.

Don’t drive! And don’t expect Swindon to be a small, charming market town. It isn’t!
