Convenient for heritage area
Hotel very well located for the heritage area of Sharjah. Staff helpful.

Buy a combined ticket for all heritage buildings. Many open until 8pm.

Avoid at all costs
If your going to leave the comfort of your own home please ensure you going to stay at a hotel that is better otherwise your holiday is ruined! The bathroom of the room was unacceptable. The AC always leaked. The only good thing was that there was 2 takeout places 1 next door the other opposite. The food was good qulity and cheap. Sharjah is much cheaper then Dubai. But bear in mind the travel costs you will pay to get to Dubai. The rooms are far too small and the hotel accepts more people per room then should be acceptable. If you are looking to just chill out and get away then this is not the hotel i’d recommened. The local people stare and make you feel uncomfortable. If you want the main attractions they are in Dubai. But for those individuals who have been to Dubai before Sharjah will be a good city to reside in as long as the hotel standard is good. I was heavily disappointed

Great Customer Service
I never felt more respected by hotel staff. Guys will go above and beyond to make you feel better.Hotel itself is not brand new and it could use some renovations but great customer service make is up for all of it
