Polite friendly and efficient.
Lovely people and good at what they do. Breakfast was excellent;English, continental and German styles. Chambermaids thorough and fast. Any problems dealt with immediately. Want towels? Then the head Housekeeper will bring them if no one can do it faster. We had a very pleasant, frustration free rest. And the salt water swimming pool, superb.

What an amazing hotel !!!
We loved this hotel so much we are going back next year something we are dead against normaly,the service was superb and all the staff were so friendly it was conveniently positioned with an array of superb restaurants close by i cant speak highly enough of this hotel and cant wait to go back.
