Would highly recommend
Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was excellent and had great view over the Grnad Canal. Well located for the Rialto and other locations. I would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

Will definitely return
Foscari Palace staff were very helpfull at all times, whenever a problem arose, advice or information was required. The hotel was very pleasant and quiet, rooms clean and the breakfast excellent. Fully recommend this hotel, as much for the service as well as the position in Venice, 10 - 15 minutes walk from all the key attractions.
Traveller's tip
Dont use the Shuttle Water Taxi service, we found it very unreliable, 2 hours stuck at Marco Polo Airport coming in to the hotel then 1 hour 20 mins stuck waiting to be taken back on our return. Ended up using private water taxis, which is convenient (will pick you up from your hotel if required) but very expensive. Alternative is Vaporettos, which are cheap and reliable but very crowded and you do have to walk with your luggage to your hotel from the dropping off stop.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
The Hotel staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. It was beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing - huge selection of food. The location was very good - right next door to a vaporetto stop. Handy to walk to the rialto, 15 minutes walk to St. Marks square just really ideally located for everything. The view from the roof terrace was lovely - you could relax up there at the end of a busy days sightseeing with your glass of Prosecco and just watch the world go by on The Grand Canal below. The whole holiday was just like a dream.
