EMA House Zürich
All rooms in the hotel are suites and ours was of a very good size. Breakfats was served in the room and both the service and food on offer was more than satisfactory. The hotel’s location is 2 short stops north of the Hauptbahnof which is convenient but can be quiet on weekends

Thoroughly enjoyable and very relaxing
We stayed in Zürich for one night only at the end of a 10 day cycling tour of Switzerland. We arrived before the official check in time and without us asking, as the room was ready, they let us check in. It was a mid-week stay so they gave us an unprompted upgrade from the Junior suite we had booked. To say it was spacious, clean and well stocked is a big understatement. It was just what we needed at the end of our cycling tour plus it was also raining most of our stay. The staff were helpful and spoke perfect English. There was a kettle and plenty of complimentary sachets of tea, coffee, sugar etc. A complimentary bowl of fresh fruit was delivered to our apartment shortly after check-in. As Switzerland is very expensive and we were at the end of our trip it was useful to also have a large fridge and microwave. So a short trip to a nearby supermarket for milk and dinner was all we needed. The breakfast the next morning was delivered to our suite at a time of our choosing and it was enough for 4 people. There’s a tram stop outside the hotel and its only 2 stops to the main train station where you can change to a No.10 tram for a very relaxing 35min journey to the airport.

nice utilitarian hotel
very nice hotel. suite with kitchenette. clean neat, easy access. however , no front desk at night (you get a key) , and certainly not plush. however a great deal for the money, esp including a nice breakfast brought to your door. will stay there again.
