Loved the Rex
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Rex very much. The breakfast was outstanding and kept us fueled for exploring Stockholm until dinner. Hotel is centrally located. Although the rooms are small by American standards, they were certainly adequate, because who wants to stay in their room all day. I would definately reccommend this hotel.

Convenience and charm marred by street noise
Accommodations were lovely and as advertised but there was a lot of partying noise reverberating and amplified between buildings on the narrow street at night, at least on weekend evenings when we were there. We appreciated the free Web connection and the hearty buffet breakfast in a lovely covered patio.

first time in Europe
Very clean, great staff, good breakfast! Only issues...no air conditioning and no ice machine and had to go across the street to get on glass of ice at a time...could be just a European thing. Was unusually hot for Stockholm this week too.
