One of the best hotels in Manchester
Exellent hotel with perfect service and locaiton; all attractiona are around. the SPA is well meaintained and has a very good programme

Good stuff!
Excellent hotel - couldn’t fault it. My girlfriend left her glasses in the room and didn’t realise until we were back home in the north east. She rang them and housekeeping had found them and arranged to send them in the post to us. They arrived a couple of days later. Excellent!!!

Not Impressed
Had a romantic weekend here at the begining of October, wasn’t too impressed by the hotel. Stayed at the Hilton earlier in the year and expected the same level of comfort here! Not a patch on the Hilton.
