Very helpful staff
The service at the hotel was outstanding. After we departed, we realized that we had left some prescriptions drugs in our room. The front desk got me to the correct person to talk to in housekeeping right away, the person knew where to look, let me know that they had the bottles and the phone charger that we did not know we had left and gladly arranged to send them back to us. The treatment felt very personal and unlike experiences with other hotels, I felt like they continued to treat me as an important customer even after I was no longer staying at the hotel.

Timber Ridge
Great suite for the price, very clean room, the rooms are stocked with everything from a blender to silverware, water park was a blast my kids loved it and so did the wife. we will definitely be going back again soon.
