solid, no surprises, very reliable
The hotel is located on a street where traffic passes, not in the pedestrian only area of the town of Cortina. So it was more noisy. We had a corner room which had a wonderful view of the Dolomites and a great breeze due to cross ventilation, but the garbage trucks early in the morning were annoying. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom great. The only other issue I would mention is that being Americans, we are not used to full board, which means breakfast and dinner included. It did not mention this on our confirmation from you. The hotel did not mention this when we checked in because I think they thought we knew it. So we missed the first dinner. The manager actually called our room around 10:00 p.m. to ask if we were coming down to eat. And the food is nothing short of astoundingly great. So I would suggest you state this on the confirmation you send.
