Enjoyed the Kitchen,EVERYTHING ELSE was unpleasent. Never going back.

The hotel is in a very hard to find location but found thanks to google maps. Not marked at all off the main road and it’s right of the main road yet you still can’t see it. The hotel was Old and dirty and smelt of Mayonaise.. Some kind of crazy sandwhich feind of some sort I would assume. Got my non smoking room and wow! The room smelt like smoke. Got a new room finally and this one smelt alright but all my dishes were dirty before I got there. Went to shower... took almost 20 minutes of running the water before it finally warmed up then it got cold again before too long and forced me out. Not to mention there was no shampoo or anything offered with the rooms so I had to buy my own soaps for just a little stay. Was pretty sad when i was forced to wake up at 2 in the morning after being so exausted by my smoke detector! There is no way to turn the little guy off but I got so angry that I ripped it off the ceiling. After about 20 minutes somebody woke me up with a phone call asking me if I was ok and then they started accusing me of lighting things in the room which was understandable but the way they approached me with it was awful. Not to mention if there really was a fire... I think waiting 20 minutes before they called was a tad bit late. Not very pleasant for a hotel at all. I was just thankful i did not have to stay there unless I needed sleep. Pay a little extra for something 100 times nicer. Trust me!

Not very impressed

When I tried to take a shower in our first room, there was no hot water. I tried the kitchen and bathroom sinks, barely semi-warm. I called the desk to find out that no one else had that problem. She offered to switch us to another room. We were in a non-smoking room. The first room I tried smelled like someone had been smoking recently. The second room smelled like someone was in there smoking at the time. The next room was almost as bad, and the next a little better. These were all "non-smoking" rooms. Apparently they don’t enforce their non-smoking room policy. They have plenty of smoking rooms on the other floors. I am very allergic to smoke, and my wife is mildly allergic. We had to leave the windows open and use air sanitizer to air our second room out. At least the hot water worked. The desk clerk was very understanding and helpful. This hotel is very difficult to find.

Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay

Don’t expect your non-smoking room to actually be non-smoking or smell fresh and smoke-free.
