Not even close to being worth the money
I was attracted to this hotel by what seemed like a reasonable price and a good location within Lugano. However, I regretted choosing this hotel soon after walking into it. The room was very poorly lit, was extremely hot to the point that we couldn’t sleep (there is no AC whatsoever), had a table that was only big enough to fit the very small TV that was on it, and had no soap at all in the bathroom. It was simply not pleasant to be there, which is why we spent as little time in the room as we could. Also, the hotel’s Wi-Fi did not work and the hotel’s receptionist tried to make it our problem instead of looking for a solution on their end, even though we had multiple mobile devices and it didn’t work on any of them. On the brighter side, the hotel’s breakfast was good. To summarize, while this hotel is undoubtedly one of the cheaper options in Lugano, it comes at the expense of a decent hotel experience and for that reason I would avoid this hotel and consider others.
