Do not stay this hotel unless you are desperate
On arrival at the hotel we were given the key to our room (we had booked a non-smoking double). Upon entering the room it was apparent that the room was a smoking room and it stunk of smoke. We immediately asked reception for a new room and they told us they only had non-smoking twin rooms. Due to my asthma we took the twin room. In the room, some of the lights didn’t work and the tap leaked. No Air Conditioning. Cups full of cold tea were left in the room after it had been cleaned. Breakfast OK but meant to finish at 11 but by 1-.30 most food had gone and they didnt make any more. Book the Premier Inn just down the road. Cheaper, cleaner and has Air Con.
Dont book this hotel. The Premier Inn is cleaner, cheaper and far better.

had a great time
the hotel was very nice with fish tanks and free fruit when you check in, room was nice with free tea and coffee and we found 5 pounds under the bed (bonus). the swimming pool was a good size with a crazy bubble thing that was great fun to play with. so overall pricey but well worth it.
go to marwell zoo, its about 15 minuites away.
