Missing a trick
Good location and breakfast fine. Friendly staff at start but certainly nothing out of the ordinary. One member of staff really quite rude, although most were fine. Room very small indeed - generous photos on the Internet. I would not rebook this hotel as I do intend to return to what is a stunning place to visit.

Very expensive restaurants in town although lovely little Italian was great value for money!

Excellent location with modern and stylish rooms
The loction of the hotel is near to the harbour and the restaurants, bars and shops of the fabulous town. We were not familiar with the area and were undecided as whether to stay in Deauville or Trouville. By luck rather than judgement we chose this lovely hotel in Deauville and were not disappointed as Deauville is a far superior place than Trouville. It is very up market and the beautiful architecture is stunning. There is lots to see and many very nice restaurants. The hotel has smallish rooms but is very new and stylishly decorated with a comfortable bed, nice little balcony and clean and modern bathroom. Rates are reasonable and the staff are english spoken and friendly and attentive. The only downside was that the room was not ready at the appointed check in time.
