Namba Oriental Hotel - A good stop in Osaka
The hotel can be a little difficult to find at first as the map on the web site isn’t too clear. If you can get a map of Osaka from the tourist office at Namba station then it shows it clearly how to find it. (its in a pedestrianised area). The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The rooms were of a good standard, air conditioned, comfortable and of a reasonable size for Japan. I think the price for the room was reasonable. The only down side to the hotel that I could say is that there is no internet terminal to use. However an internet cafe is just around the corner - ask the staff and they will tell you. I would recommend this hotel and be happy to stay there again.

Location Cannot be Beat!
This hotel is right in the middle of it all - shopping, bars, restaurants and easy access to the train as well. You really feel like you are staying on the Japanese version of the Las Vegas Strip here.

Great Stay
Namba Hotel is a great place at a great price. It’s location is hard to beat--right in the heart of Namba, with lots of restaurants and easy subway access. The hotel room was very clean, quiet, comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The staff also speaks English, which is very helpful in Japan especially if this is your first trip there.
