NOT IMPRESSED
This is an old hotel. We were advised we had and double bed and tea making facilities, we had neither. We did change rooms (2nd room much bigger and better), the 2 radiators had air in pipes so we had a constant gushing from both, no-one ever arrived to fix it. underfloor heating in 1st room was lovely in the 2nd room it was only tepid. Buffet breakfast was always cold, rubber eggs and tepid meats. next time we will stay and radisson or comfort hotel.

Great for xmas market, town, shuttle bus stops right outside, train station about 5 mins walk. lovely shops, very central to everything.

It is extremely difficult to find any fault with hotel
Our stay here was extremely comfortable and memorable. Nothing was too much for the staff. The rooms were very comfortable, the dining was superb and the staff and facilities were very accommodating. I would certainly stay there again. The location of the hotel was central to everything. There was a car park and the airort bus stopped just outside the hotel.

The hotel had three dining rooms all well served with excellent menu. There was nightly entertainment as well in the club downstairs.

not impressed
Qthe room and location was fine, though the common areas were dirty and tired, how it is rated five stars will never know. Also boasts on site parking, there are in fact only a handful of places and the cost is close to 30 euros per day!
