The staff were very kind.
We had a lovely time. My husband was on business so I stayed around the hotel while he was away. Thoroughly enjoyable.

A tired hotel, with no redeeming features. Couldn’t care less approach to service, uncomfortable beds, lukewarm (at best) buffet breakfast, at an extortionate price Fawlty Towers - but for real

Exactly what you’d expect from a chain except very slow service in Bar Lounge area
All very bland; bar food overpriced but acceptable. Oddly located behind a Tesco but not unpleasant. But dreadful service in lounge area during the day
