NEEDS REMODEL NOW!
The office staff were nice and friendly but when we drove up it was "is this really a Baymont?". It resembled a lesser name motel, but we were "stuck" there and made the best of it. Room furnishings were old, somewhat clean. We were told this had just been purchased by Baymont so I hope they give it a make-over, soon.

Baymont Inn
We booked this hotel for a high school reunion. The rates were very affordable. The hotel was very quiet and clean. The only issue we had was that our shower curtain was dirty and moldy. We called the front desk and they came and replaced it immediately. Otherwise everything else was great. The sheets were comfortable and the room even had a dehumidifer to help keep the room fresh. The continental breakfast was excellent and we loved making our own waffles. The hotel was located right off the major highways and next to several food joints. It is also located next to a mall, however due to the economy, the mall only had 3 stores in it. It was prefect for everything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel for convience and affordability.

Maybe when they get their ownership issues settled...
The hotel was apparently going through some type of ownership change. There was an official notice posted on the front door regarding some legal process the hotel was involved in. Don’t know if that’s the reason but there was an overriding sense of the staff getting by with doing the least amount of service possible. The most glaring example of this was the complimentary breakfast the Sunday morning of our stay. They were out of orange juice and most food items were down to scraps. There was no one present servicing the food room, resupplying even the basics, nor did there seem to be any interest of doing so by the occasional employee that wandered by. The time was around 8:00 AM. Hence it wasn’t so early that they were just getting started; nor was it anywhere close to the end of breakfast time where they were waiting to clean up. While the room was affordable and the location convenient for our needs it wasn’t an overall satisfactory experience.
