Not recommended
The hotel is old with older amenities. The room was also very dusty and not stocked properly. TV’s had a great deal of static. Was not happy that I had to pay for parking and the hotel card never worked to exit the parking structure. Room service food was pretty bad.

Great Hotel
The Hotel was great! Perfect for the ugly heat that was outside.. Well located near South Coast Plaza, theater, shops and restaurants! I would recommend this Hotel; for the price I got it, it was well worth it. The only down side is getting charged $18 a day for parking... they should make that complimentary. =]

Beautiful Hotel...Expensive Parking
The hotel room was awesome and we didn’t want to leave. The staff exceeded expectations when we need a suit cleaned and pressed for a wedding the next morning and they had it done no problem. The parking is $18 per day and can become an extra expense really quickly!
