You get what you pay for
Was looking for a cheap place to stay around this area.. russell or hays. The A/C didn’t work. When we checked in the owners wife was working and she barely said a word to us. Not a thanks or hello. Quiet though. Breakfast was ok.. they have DIY waffles which were good.

Will stay there again
The room was very clean and neat with extras we were not expecting like a mini fridge and microwave and obvious improvements. Our only complaints were the air conditioner wasn’t very cold so we were warm most of the night and the breakfast had very few options.

Exceptionally, well maintained and run.
We stopped in Russell to break up a 10 hour trip. The room was perfect. An updated shower rod that curved out to give more room, clean room and perfect room temperature. The amenities in the room were also a pleasure to have, i.e. microwave, coffee maker and refridgerator. The location is also good for walking to restaurants near by i.e. Meridy’s. Thank you for your hard work and service.
