Won’t be going back
This hotel is not a four star hotel!!!!! We had a room on the eight floor which is like a sauna when you walk out into the corridor, the rooms are tiny very little room to move in. Ironing board is the stupidist thing I have seen in a hotel room as it completely blocks the access from the room to the bathroom and is to small for its purpose. All I can say is that its clean but I wouldnt pay the money for this hotel

Good but could do better
Good small modern clean room with inadequate ventilation & aircon. Room toiletries in short supply with only 2 teabags & no coffee sachets. Ideal Hotel location for visiting Liverpool Albert Dock attractions. Breakfast @ £14.99 over the top.

Fab hotel
Excellent service, fast, efficient and friendly!
Ignore the Sat Nav and use a map to get through the centre of Liverpool because it will tell you to turn right when there are no right turns!!
