Not impressed
Pleasant and helpful staff with the exception of reception. Rooms are reasonably comfortable, no air conditioning or heat in the bedrooms. Entire hotel badly in need of refurbishment.

Definitely not a 5 Stars !
Worst hotel ever , rudest staff, small dirty untidy rooms, not functional AC, noisy and old. Horrible animation, very very bad food in restaurants. Unfriendly, incompetent staff. Not recommendable at all.
