The forces of nature collide at the untamed Reykjanes Peninsula—an expanse of lava flows, protruding lava cones, and craters, with the Atlantic ridge rising from the ocean. Observe one of the world's biggest Northern Gannet breeding colonies before visiting the fishing village of Grindavík.
