You must call Air Montgolfière 48 hours before your scheduled flight to confirm your pick-up location and time. The pick-up location will be at your hotel or a mutually agreed central meeting point in Barcelona. Hot-air balloon flights are operated early in the morning according to apropriate weather conditions. This activity is not recommended for pregnant women. All participants must be in good physical health. The listed price is per person. Air Montgolfière reserves the right to postpone or cancel the flight in the event of adverse weather conditions.

After booking your activities or services—3 easy steps
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.
How to exchange your voucher(s)
You must call Air Montgolfière 48 hours in advance to arrange a pick-up time and location. The customer service number will appear on your voucher(s). On the day of your flight, please meet the Air Montgolfière at the agreed upon location, and present your voucher(s) along with photo ID. In the case of adverse weather conditions, Air Montgolfière reserves the right to postpone or cancel the hot air balloon flight. |

| Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel. |
