  • April 24, 2006–Dec. 16, 2006: Every 2 hours from 9:30 AM–10:00 PM

    Curbside or front door of your Whistler hotel or condo

    Hotel to airport shuttle schedule:
  • Dec. 17, 2005–April 23, 2006: Every 1 1/2 to 2 hours from 3:00 AM–6:30 PM
  • April 24, 2006–Dec. 16, 2006: Every 2 hours from 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

    Departure time and location:
    From Vancouver International Airport:
    Times vary seasonally, but shuttles depart every 1 1/2 to 2 hours; you will be placed on the next available shuttle upon your arrival at the Vancouver International Airport. Please allow a minimum of 1 hour from your flight arrival to shuttle departure time. You must have all luggage and be ready to depart no later than 1 hour prior to the last shuttle.

    Return time and location:
    Return to Vancouver International Airport:
    Times vary seaonally, but shuttles depart every 1 1/2 to 2 hours; please check with Perimeter for the shuttle that best matches your flight departure. Be sure to allow 2 1/2 to 3 hours travel time from Whistler to Vancouver International Airport.

    Accessibility information:
    Wheelchair accessible shuttles are not available.

    Note:
    Please be aware that it takes approximately 1 hour to go through customs. If your flights arrive too late for certain shuttle departures, you will have to stay overnight in Vancouver and take one of the morning departures. Children 12 and younger ride free.

    • Redemption instructions
    After you book your transfer, follow these 3 easy steps:
    1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
    2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
    3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

    Note: It is the traveler(s)'s responsibility to inform the ground transportation operator if you miss your flight or change your itinerary. Please do so immediately so that the ground transportation operator can plan for the time of your pick-up. Please use the customer service phone number listed on the voucher.

    Exchange your voucher for transfer:
    Airport to hotel: After going through customs and claiming your luggage, proceed to the Perimeter counter located just outside baggage claim to the left. Present your voucher(s) and photo identification to the Perimeter representative. You will receive boarding passes for the transfer to your hotel or condo as well as a ticket and shuttle schedule for your return trip to the airport. Please note that Perimeter monitors flight arrivals and will place you on the next available shuttle to Whistler after you arrive. Passengers on delayed flights will be booked on the next shuttle departure for no additional cost. If your flight is delayed into the next day, you must contact Perimeter or there may be an additional one-way fare charged.
    Hotel to airport: Please be checked out of your hotel ready to depart at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled shuttle departure time. Present your shuttle boarding pass when requested.
