This shuttle service operates central London only.If you miss your scheduled flight or connection, please call Sky Shuttle to confirm your new arrival time. Children aged three and younger ride for free if they sit on an adult's lap. This service does not operate on Christmas Day.
Reservation confirmation is required: it is essential that you email the service provider at email@example.com at least 72 hours before your transfer to confirm your flight details and pick-up/drop-off location.
|After booking your transfer—3 easy steps:|
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.
Reservation confirmation is required: It is essential that you email or phone the service provider with your flight and hotel details at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled transfer. The email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. The phone number will appear on your printed voucher(s). Your transfer cannot be provided without this information.
You must call the service provider immediately if you miss your flight or change your itinerary so that the service provider can reschedule the time of your pick-up.
How to exchange your voucher(s):
Arrivals at Terminal 1: The desk is in the international arrivals area (guests on domestic flights must go down the escalator to the international arrivals area).Arrivals at Terminal 2: A Skyshuttle representative will be waiting at the arrivals hall with a personalized welcome board.Arrivals at Terminal 3: The desk is located adjacent to the car hire desks in the international arrivals area.Arrivals at Terminal 4: The desk is opposite the exit from customs, adjacent to the car hire desks.Arrivals at Terminal 5: The desk is to the right when coming through international arrivals, adjacent to the car hire desks. Guests arriving on domestic flights, must pass the Marks and Spencer store and the information desk.
