How do I redeem my Nectar voucher?

If a Nectar voucher has already been added to your Expedia account just follow the steps below to redeem it when booking your next trip.

1. Firstly - check if the voucher has been successfully added
to your Expedia account

To see saved coupons, pull up the My Profile page - you’ll find it in the yellow bar at the top of almost any page on the Expedia.co.uk site. Then click Vouchers in the column on the left.

Here you’ll see all your voucher details including Validity, end date and Redeem state.

You will be able to see the voucher details such as the Validity end date or the Redeem state.

2. How do I use it?

Easy, just click Use this now. Then it’s a simple matter of shaping your perfect trip, travel dates and traveller details. You’ll find the option to add the voucher throughout the booking process (examples below) so look out for the ‘I have a voucher’ link on the rate details or on the billing and delivery pages.

Hotel Booking

Fare on which the Voucher applies.
You’ll find the ‘I have a voucher’ option on the Rate Details page. Click on the link to display the Nectar voucher saved in your account.

Flight Booking

Fare on which the Voucher applies.
You’ll find the ‘I have a voucher’ option on the Rate Details page. Click on the link to display the Nectar voucher saved in your account.

Flight + Hotel, Flight + Hotel + Car, Eurostar + Hotel or Eurostar + Hotel + Car bookings

 
You’ll find the ‘I have a voucher’ option on the Billing and Delivery page.

3. Select your Nectar voucher

Apply the voucher and re-calculate.
The voucher amount will be deducted from the original price.

4. You’re nearly there

You can now finalise your booking and reach the confirmation page.

Nectar Note: Bookings made using a Nectar voucher aren’t eligible for Nectar points.

5. You’ve arrived! Here’s Confirmation

 
We’ll send you an email confirming your booking and showing the discount applied.

6. See your itinerary in your account

 
You can also see that the voucher has been applied, when you check the itinerary in your Expedia account.

7. What will I see on my credit card statement?

Card statements may show different amounts debited and credited based on what you’ve booked.

 
For some flights you will be charged the whole trip amount by the Airline. But don’t worry, you’ll be credited the voucher value by Expedia as well.
For all the other bookings, you’ll only be charged the amount paid after applying the voucher.
