The staff at this property were terrific, very friendly and helpful, and the free shuttle to and from the airport was really responsive. The room and property were both clean and well-kept.

Close to airport so convenient when flights get cancelled however, no access to wiifii unless you join Hilton rewards, tv has no internet access to Netflix/ prime or Disney Plus- very poor in that respect. One bath towel was covered in black stains, and walkable dining options have no price ratings so hit and miss when encountered with severe weather. They do offer on demand shuttle to airport which is very convenient.

I was given a dirty room. There were someone else’s underwear left in the bathroom. I don’t understand how housekeeping didn’t saw them when they cleaned the room and got it ready for the next person. Housekeeping never come in to my room for anything even when requested to do so.

Very nice appearance and staff. The room overall was clean, but with a little more care it could have been perfect. The tub looked as if it was cleaned in a hurry, leaving behind stray hairs. There was a popcicle stick in the a/c vent that still had popcicle on one end.
