It felt safe and the workers like the bell boy and parking lot booth guys were very friendly and wanted to go the extra mile but the management are total control freaks who never attempted to help. For example when we wanted to use the ping pong table they guy told me they had already lent out paddles and a ball to someone else but those people were in the pool and those items were partially under their towels on a table. When I mentioned this to the hotel guy he made some phone calls to the management who didn’t want to lend out additional paddles or ball to us. Also when we wanted to purchase the buffet breakfast the morning of the breakfast they wouldn’t let us because we hadn’t purchased it at the time of check in. The hotel placed us on the last floor 6th floor and we had to bring all our luggage (3 suitcases) plus additional luggage all the way down those 6 floors. We wanted to get our two complementary drinks at the time of check out but because we didn’t have the paper vouchers in hand they wouldn’t grant us those drinks. They never attempted to make sure we were happy. Their hotel policies to them are more important than having common sense and making their paying customers happy. We will not come back to this hotel the next time.
