Hi Astral Motels - We stayed in your motel as booked on April 10. The good news is that the unit was clean and tidy but we did not have a good stay because we were put into a unit beside a family group that stayed up late into the night, working on cars, riding around on bikes, playing loud music and even welcomng friends loudly at 2am in the morning. I doubt we had four hours of sleep. One adult wearing gang type clothing with a knife on his hip spent a long time jump starting a car right outside our door.. As you can imagaine we were not prepared to ask them to quieten down It appears they are a permanent group and that is fine as we know there is a housing shortage and motels are being used to house many who found themselves in this position.But putting casual users beside permanent groups does not work because of the above.You should group them in one area away from casual hirers or tell people you have long term occupiers. We will not be back and feel we are entiled to some sort of refund for a terrible night. I was prepared to leave at ten and travel home at night but wasn't prepared to go out while they were milling all around our unit - Not happy R Pickering.

Everything was excellent and wonderful; only downside was the windows and hearing almost everything through the walls. Was situated well. Free and unlimited wifi was a wonderful change. Our hostess was awesome.
