Blackout and stinking hot. No backup!!!!

They call themselves luxury but they are far from luxury. I would call them low budget accommodation. On our last night there we went out to dinner by the beach - this was so relaxing:) when we got back at 9.30pm I had to start packing for an early departure, only to find there was a blackout, not to all apartments only select ones through the complex. I had to call the owner to find out what was happening and she told me they were onto it. It turned out a transformer had blown up nearby and it would be awhile before power was restored. Anyway trying to pack in darkness with our mobile phones for light was dam frustrating, it was stinking hot inside, and the fire alarm in the house was beeping all night. I told the owner that we would like a refund for the last night because we had no ammenities. We paid for 4 nights and only got 3. Her response was it was not their problem. You would think a big resort like this would have backup power. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!

residence troppo vicino al mare

residence che si trova a meno di 70 metri dal bagnasciuga (e non a 700 come risulta dalla vs. descrizione!!!), rumoroso per la vicinanza di stabilimenti con musica da discoteca a volume troppo alto. il wifi (solo all'aperto! nelle camere non prende, quindi se lo vuoi usare ti devi esporre al sole di mattina e alle zanzare di pomeriggio notte) è assolutamente inadeguato a una struttura del genere. attese anche di mezz'ora per avere la connessione. Non c'è l'acqua potabile, quindi occorre comprare (e trasportare) acqua minerale in quantità. i servizi igienici sono di dimensione minimale

Awesome Location

Excellent location, right on the beach and with good facilities. Spoiled for choice when it came to eating with plenty of tavernas to choose from in the area.
