Promoter

This Promotion is conducted by Expedia, Inc. c/o 42 Earlham Street, London, WC2H 9LA. (the “Promoter”).

Promotion period

  1. This Promotion will apply to qualifying travel bookings made from 20th July 2009 to 31st October 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

Entry and Elegibility

  1. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these rules (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with notice) and our decisions, which are final in all matters relating to the Promotion.
  2. You may only enter the Promotion online at www.expedia.co.uk (“Website”).
  3. The Promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 and over, making an Expedia Booking online during the Promotion Period. The Promotion is not open to employees of Expedia group companies or any other person professionally connected with the Promotion.
  4. To qualify for the Free Gift Card you will need to make a hotel booking or a “Tailor Make and save” Flight and hotel Booking for 4 Nights or more.(“Expedia Booking”) via our Website during the Promotion Period.
  5. On completing your Expedia Booking, you will enter a Gift Card page with details of the Promotion; enter your details on the form (“Discount Gift Card ”).
  6. In order to use this voucher once It arrives take it into any branch of boots and redeem for any product worth up to £50.

Discount offer

  1. Only one Gift Card per Customer may be used.
  2. Gift Card’s may only be redeemed once and are void if copied or transferred.
  3. Gift Card’s have no cash value and no cash alternative will be offered.
  4. No refunds for any unused or partially used Gift Cards.

  6. Applicable for breaks of four nights or more.

  7. Expedia and its affiliated companies are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay to any person or property in connection with the use of the Gift Card.
  8. You will be solely responsible for any insurance costs, applicable taxes and for any expenses incurred which are not covered not met by use of the Gift Card including without limitation travel costs, meals, beverages, hotel services and spending money.

Personal information collected from customers will be used by us solely in connection with the Promotion in accordance with our privacy statement at www.expedia.co.uk/daily/service/privacy.asp and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purpose of fulfilling the Gift Card where applicable.
  2. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
