Arrivals

At Heathrow Terminal 5, your arrival and passage through the airport has been designed to be quick and seamless.

Your gate, Border Control, Baggage Reclaim and the Interchange Plaza are all just a short distance apart. If you’re changing flights Flight Connections is located at the heart of the building.

Terminal 5 has shorter walks, more Border Control desks and numerous British Airways hosts on hand to welcome you and help with anything you need - all of which adds up to a speedier and more pleasant trip.

Baggage Reclaim
Featuring the latest technology, the system is designed to make sure you’re not kept waiting for your baggage. The long conveyer belts and intelligent baggage carts running on miles of rails mean your bag will often reach baggage reclaim before you get to the carousel.
