One of the world's largest communities of Holocaust survivors lives in Miami Beach, so it's fitting that this evocative memorial is located here. Above the quiet reflecting pool rises a bronze arm, clutched by a swarm of anguished figures. The memorial was dedicated in 1990 by Auschwitz survivor and Nobel Laureate Elie Wiesel.
