Terms and Conditions for Expedia Free Roaming SIM Card Promotion
Free Roaming SIM card Promotion ("Promotion") is strictly reserved for customers making an international booking on Expedia.co.uk. If the Promotion applies to your booking, a free global roaming SIM Card ("SIM Card") will be automatically offered to you during the booking path.
- Promotion is valid from 17th September 2007 to 31st October 2007. All SIM Cards must be claimed before 31st October 2007.
- Promotion is open only to UK residents who have made qualifying booking on Expedia.co.uk, but not employees of Expedia, Sim4travel Limited, their families, printers, agencies, syndicates, third parties, or any other person professionally connected with the Promotion.
- Promotion consists of one global roaming SIM Card (valued at £19.99) and International airtime credit to the value of £10.
- To participate in the Promotion select the SIM Card offered to you during the booking path and provide details of your address as required.
- Only one SIM Card is available per qualifying booking.
- If you accept the Promotion and provide your address, a SIM Card and user guide will be dispatched to you ten working days in advance of your travel date. If you are due to travel within 14 working days of making the booking, the SIM Card will be sent to you as soon as possible but delivery before travel cannot be guaranteed. Once you have specified the address to which the SIM Card should be sent, this cannot be altered.
- In order to benefit from the Promotion you will need to own a functioning mobile device which meets certain technical specifications. These specifications may vary according to the country in which you intend to use the SIM Card. Please see www.sim4travel.net/help_and_support/faqs.aspx for further details. You may need to contact your network provider to unlock your mobile device for international use. You will need to activate the SIM Card before use in accordance with the instructions contained in the user guide received with the SIM Card.

- Any personal information you disclose in connection with the Promotion will only be used for purposes of the Promotion unless you consent otherwise. Neither Expedia nor SIM4Travel will use your information for any other purpose or disclose it to any other person unless you consent otherwise.
