Transfer between terminals: A free shuttle bus runs daily between the terminals and the car hire area every 15 minutes.
Driving directions: The airport is located on Postmark Drive and is clearly signposted from the city centre.

Car parking: Short-term car parking is available at both terminals; long-term parking is available in close proximity to the South Terminal.
Public Transport: Road: Taxi: Taxis are available at each terminal. At the South Terminal, the taxi stand is at the ground transportation island, which can be reached via the underground transportation hall or via the pavement outside baggage reclaim. At the North Terminal, the taxi stand is located directly outside the Arrivals hall. Bus: Downtown Connection Anchorage (tel: (907) 344 6667) operates between the airport, Anchorage hotels and the Alaska Railroad Depot. The People Mover (airport route no. 6) runs between Arrivals in both terminals and the central transit centre in Anchorage during the summer months only. There is no bus service to/from the airport in winter.
Information and help desks: There are information desks in both terminals.
Airport facilities: Money and communications: There is a bureau de change, ATMs, a post office and a bank. Eating and drinking: There are restaurants and bars located in the terminal. All of these are open when flights are operating. Shopping: Shops include duty free, located in the North (international) Terminal. Luggage: There is a lost property office located on the Departures (upper) level of the South (domestic) Terminal and a baggage storage facility, open 0500-0200, also in the South (domestic) Terminal of the Airport on the lower (Arrivals) level opposite baggage reclaim.
Disabled Facilities: The airport is fully equipped for disabled passengers. Wheelchairs and assistance are available and passengers should contact the airline with which they are travelling.
