Disabled Facilities:
The airport is physically accessible throughout and wheelchair-accessible toilets are provided. Passengers with disabilities are requested to inform their airline in advance of their needs. Disabled parking spaces are available too (tel: 3252 8300). Induction loops are fitted in the transit halls and reserved seating is available.
Conference and Business Facilities:
The Hilton Business Centre (tel: 3244 5208; www.hilton.dk) is located on Terminal 3's fourth floor, and has a VIP room boardroom, a conference room accommodating up to 50 delegates, and nine meeting rooms. Various airlines and handling agents also provide business facilities in their executive lounges in Terminals 2 and 3.
Information and Help Desks:
Information desks (tel: 3231 2448) are located in the Arrivals and transit halls in Terminals 2 and 3, and there is a visitor centre in Terminal 3.
Car Parks:
The airport has some 10,500 spaces in short-, medium- and long-term parking lots. P1 is the premium carpark serving Terminal 1, which also offers 'economy plus' parking in P2. P4, P6, P7 and P8 are the top price business car parks serving Terminals 2 and 3, while somewhat cheaper spaces can be found in P5, P9, P10 and P12. Economy parking is available at P15 and P17, a little further from the terminals – free transit buses are provided. The airport parking office is located between Terminals 2 and 3, and is open 24 hours (tel: 3252 8300).
Driving Directions:
From Copenhagen, the airport can be accessed from the E20 highway. The Kystvejen coastal road, running around the airport, connects to the Øresund motorway at Dragør. The Øresund Bridge is a toll bridge that connects Sweden (near Malmö) and Denmark and is the main route to the airport from destinations in Sweden.
Public Transport and taxis:
Rail: There are direct high-speed DSB trains to Copenhagen Central Station (journey time - 12 minutes), as well as a number of other destinations in Denmark and Sweden (tel: 7013 1415; www.dsb.dk). The train station is situated in Terminal 3.
Metro: a Metro (tel: 3311 1700. www.m.dk) extension (line M2) opened in 2007, connecting to the city centre. The Metro station is also situated in Terminal 3.
Bus: Several buses, include bus 30, 250S and 500S, run from the airport to the city centre and beyond. Night bus 96N runs from Terminal 3 to Rådhuspladsen. Long distance destinations in both Denmark and Sweden are also served by a number of operators. Further information from Movia (tel: 3613 1415; www.movia.dk).
Taxi: Taxis are readily available from ranks outside the Arrivals areas of Terminals 1 and 3.
