Disabled Facilities:

The airport does not offer many facilities for the disabled traveller, although wheelchair transfer from the aircraft to the terminal building can be arranged in advance; passengers requiring wheelchairs and special assistance should inform their airline prior to travel.

Conference and Business Facilities:

The airport has a business centre in Terminal 2 which can provide telephone, fax and conference facilities. The Novotel Moscow SheremetyevoAirport (tel: (495) 626 5900; www.accorhotels.com) has nine meeting rooms and offers fax and copy services as well as Internet access.

Information and Help Desks:

Information desks are located in the main halls and provide flight information (tel: (495) 232 6565) and information about the airport and about transport to the city. Intourist representatives are available in Terminal 2 and can provide tourist information (tel: (095) 578 5971).

Car Parks:

Short-term parking facilities are available close to both terminals.

Driving Directions:

The main road leading to the airport is Leningradskoe Hwy, which flows into the M10 motorway from Moscow.

Public Transport and taxis:

Rail: A line links Moscow Savyolovsky Station with Lobnya Station, from where shuttles offer a transfer to the airport (journey time - 20 minutes). A rapid transit system linking the airport to Moscow is expected to be completed in 2008.
Bus: Regular express buses run 24 hours a day to Moscow from bus stops outside Terminal 1 and a bus station on the Arrivals level of Terminal 2. Local bus 851 goes to metro Rechnoi Vokzal and bus 817 goes to metro Planernaya.
Coach: Coaches run between the airport and Moscow Central Air Terminal, which is located between Dinamo and Aeroport metro stations.
Taxi: Taxis to Moscow are available 24 hours a day from the Arrivals level of Terminal 2 and from outside Terminal 1; passengers should join the taxi queue for fixed-rate taxis rather than accepting offers.
