Driving Directions: From Leeds, the airport can be reached by following signs for Yeadon and Otley northbound on the A660. From Bradford, take the A658 northbound out of the city centre and again follow signs for Yeadon.

Car Parking: The airport has plenty of parking spaces in both short- and long-term car parks (tel: (0)113 250 9696), which are clearly signposted. A courtesy shuttle bus operates from the long-stay parking lot to the terminal building. For more information or to book a space, contact NCP (tel: (0)870 606 7050; ). Off-site parking is also available and is operated by Sentinel Security Car Park (tel: (0)113 239 1555) and BCP (tel: (0)870 013 4560; ).


Public Transport: Road: Taxi: Airport Taxi Association companies that serve the airport are Streamline (tel: (0)113 244 3322), Telecabs (tel: (0)113 279 2222) and City Cabs (tel: (0)113 246 9999). Bus: The 757 Airlink bus service operates between the airport and Leeds city centre rail and bus stations (journey time: 20-30 minutes) and Otley. Information and Help Desks: Tourist information is available at the information desk (tel: (0)113 250 9696) located in the Departures area, next to check-in.

Airport Facilities: Money and communications: Bureau de change facilities, e-mail and Internet kiosks, and wireless Internet connection, are available. Eating and drinking: There are numerous pubs, cafés and snack bars at the airport, including two food villages. Shopping: Shops include a duty-free shop, a bookshop, newsagents and travel agent. Other facilities: These include a children’s play area and a mother and baby room.

Conference and Business Facilities: Conference facilities are available at the airport, with a ‘Board Room’ located on the first floor of Arrivals, catering for up to 150 delegates (tel: (0)113 250 9696). There is also a recently expanded and refurbished Servisair Executive Lounge (tel: (0)113 239 1583). Passengers can also join the Yorkshire Executive Club (tel: (0)113 391 3271), which offers use of the executive lounge.

Disabled Facilities: There are reserved car parking spaces in the short-term car park opposite the terminal. Lifts connect all floors of the terminal building. Disabled toilets are situated on every floor throughout the terminal building. Wheelchairs, ramps, ambulift transport and extra assistance are all available on request from the individual handling agents. A hearing induction loop is also installed.
