Nice option close to airport and EV charge
Rooms are small by American standards (just FYI). Parking was very convenient with an EV charging station. It was clean and the shower was excellent (very strong and hot.) There's no A/C and it was warm for our October visit, so we appreciated the provided fan. Room coffee was quite good, but no sweetener, so FYI. Front desk staff was super nice!

Not good experience. No ref in the room and no slippers for the guests...Not recommendable..far from city center...not near the train station. Front desk is not accomodating...saving factor is the nice people in the restaurant

Good price-performance ratio
The hotel fulfilled my expectations for business trip, it´s close the the train station, it was quiet during night, everything clean and comfortable, simpler, but very good breakfast.

Great Stay for the World Champs
It was an ideal location, as near to shops and also train transport, hotel staff very helpful with queries and questions that I asked, re getting to the World Champs sports venue, which was only 2 stops away on the train.

Hotel was in decent location. Bar in the hotel was closed!!??? Food was decent in the restaurant. Buffet breakfast could have used a toaster. Had to request extra pillows in the hotel room...too fluffy, not comfortable. Ample parking was available outside. Tried parking underground...very tight fit getting in and out! No ice machine. Bed was comfortable.

Unbearable stay
From the minute I stepped in, I knew booking this hotel was a mistake. The lobby was so hot, it immediately gave a bad impression. The staff were melting. Management could have invested in a fan for their staff who must work long hours in the heat. The room was awful. Very dated interior. Useless pillows, too thin for comfort. No AC in the room either. Not even a fan. Within minutes of being inside the room, I was drenched in sweat and opening the window didn't help at all. It was impossible to sleep in this hotel! It really was a nightmare because I had to open the window but it was so loud outside with people talking and hearing cars zooming by, I didn't even sleep the entire night. The breakfast was pretty low quality food and if it's included in your room price then take it but if you have to pay, it really isn't worth it. Overall, I had a very bad experience and so did my group of 30+ people. Everyone had complained that it was the worst part of their journey.

My room has got everything. With overly staffed front desk and unnecessary decoration in the lobby this hotel may deserve a 4 star rating. Highly recommended.

Good for one night and no more
The room queen room wasn't that listed on the website and the room was very small, just the size to sit down on your bed and having a shower. I didn't mind, because I just needed to sleep only one nigbt, but for more, it would have been a bit depressing. TV was very high, in a bad position, sheets clean and comfortable but only one pillow which was very flat. Only one towel which was not that big , the shower head couldn't fit on the holder as it was moving and pointing against the wall. No cotton cleaner for ears were provided and a very tiny bottle of shampoo which was very difficult to use. I would have expected a higher quality within the room facility. One good thing was the wifi, very fast.

Nice place. only stayed for 1 night to transit between trains. Lots of places to eat, close to groc. store and just a wee bit from the train station. good brekkie as well. recommend it.

Austrian music box style hotel
Beautiful Austrian family feel hotel. Host was really friendly, he came to meet us in the car park and took our luggage from us and escorted us to our room making us feel really welcome. Gave us all the information we asked for and explained timings for meals. Food was abundant and of a good quality/standard. Location was in a small village and easy to find. Quiet and relaxing, surrounded by mountains with small waterfalls from the mountains visible as we walked around.

Very nice hotel, nevertheless during my stay the temperature was exceptionally high. As a consequence A/C which was not available in the room would have been highly appreciated.

I arrived late and left early the next morning, it was an overstay for a connecting flight. I had only one issue, online the hotel was listed a short distance from the airport, it turned out to be 2X the distance listed. Since I had to leave the hotel for the airport early in the morning , public transport wasn´t operating. I had to take a taxi making it very expensive. Hotels.com promised me a coupon for compensation, but I haven´t seen it yet.

I want to go again!
I LOVED this hotel! Clean, free WiFi for all my devices, a free crazy good hot buffet breakfast. VERY close to the train station. Great for a stay before flying out the next day. great staff. I loved the shower! It felt like I was having a massage!

Parking Garage is realy cramped at times, but we also have outdoor parking facilities. Internet should be free, also without having a Swiss phone. Only some days ago i helped a Chinese Lady in to the Internet. Instructions from Swisscom are not the clearest, but Internet use in Hotel is free of Charge. Great hotel just outside Zurich
Just a few minute walk from the Deitikon station, 4 stops west of Zurich. A quaint town with great walking paths and parks, lots of cafes and restaurants for a week stay. Staff was friendly and spoke English well. The hotel has a number of restaurants/cafes built in with quite good food. The free wifi was very fast (2MB/s+) and reliable. My only (small) complaint was the lack of blackout drapes on the windows, other than that everything was great.

Friendly and comfy hotel
I often stay at this hotel for business and it really serves the purpose very well. The towels could be a little bigger and better quality and the quality of the toiletries could be improved. But overall very nice hotel that I would recommend.
