Amazing... didnt want to leave.
Amazing hotel overall. Brilliant service with the late welcome and check in. However the virtual concierge did not work and the front desk never got back to us about a request for another blanket. But we still had a fabulous stay. The buffet breakfast is worth the extra fee. And the kids loved the swimming pool. Excellent coffee in the rooms. We didnt want to leave.

It is within walking distance of 30 minute to the city center and only 4 minute to the city link rail. COOP supermarket and Starbucks are 4 minutes walking.

Accommodated early check in easily. Close to train station. Wifi worked well. Good dining options close by. Excellent restaurant with good service right in the hotel. Was surprised at checkout by the breakfast buffet charge of 96 CHF for three. Was not informed of the price and did not have to sign anything after the meal.

Great location, easy to get to with public transit, great parking options. There is construction in the lobby so it’s not very useable. Our particular room was very dusty, it seemed like it hadn’t been used in a while and was not touched up prior to use. Amenities in the room extremely basic—no separate soap or shampoo, just one bottle. Two instant coffee packets with a kettle. Overall it was fine, but it was definitely not a four star hotel.

Expected more for the price point
It was meh, looks much nicer in photos. Rooms are tiny. They cleaned our room and didn’t change the dirty coffee cups and glasses for cleaning ones. Also didn’t put enough towels even though our reservation indicated the number of guests. Lobby under construction and no area to lounge. Overall would not recommend staying here. Much nicer and charming boutique hotels in the city center.

Stay was very comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and willing always. Dis not like the hotel bathrooms as there was no exhaust system and nonlockbon the bathroom doors. Everything else was great!
